  • Our first Scotch Egg made on our farm was christened Fabulous there and then! British outdoor reared pork mince wrapped around a boiled egg for your quintessentially traditional scotch egg. Subtle ginger, nutmeg and mace flavours paired with sage.
  • Serve with - Cheddar cheese/ onion or beetroot chutney / peppery watercress or as an accompaniment to a fabulous Ploughman's lunch!
