Founded in 2015, Sussex Ice Cream began with a simple mission: to create exceptional ice cream and sorbets using the finest ingredients, crafted with care by chefs.

In 2026, Parkers Foodservice acquired Sussex Ice Cream with one goal in mind: to bring our ice cream — and a little happiness — to as many people as possible.

 

We’re building on everything that makes Sussex Ice Cream special. Every batch is still handmade using our carefully crafted base of double cream, sugar and egg white, creating a light, parfait-style ice cream that is exceptionally smooth, indulgent and luxurious. Our carefully curated range of handcrafted ice creams and sorbets is made for both foodservice and retail, with quality and flavour at the heart of everything we do.

Our full ice cream collection is available in 5-litre scooping tubs, while our sorbets come in 2.5-litre tubs. For retail and impulse occasions, our 120ml tubs come complete with a spoon in the lid and are available across eight of our most-loved flavours.
