• These tomatoes are traditionally salted and dried in the sun which increases the intensity of flavour
• An invaluable ingredient in any professional kitchen. Great in pastas, salads, antipasti, tapas and risottos
• Suitable for vegans.
• We recommend soaking these tomatoes in warm water for up to 30 minutes to remove excess salt and rehydrate the flesh. Rinse thoroughly and drain before serving.
• Store in a cool dry place. Once rehydrated, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
