• This Fondant Patissier (also known as pouring fondant) gives a shiny coating to your cakes or pastries. 
• Just heat and add water until you reach your desired texture from a thin glaze all the way through to a thicker 'cream'
• Use 'straight up' for a sugar flavoured brilliant white finish or add food colour and flavourings as desired
• Comes in a resealable tub for easy, hygienic storage between uses
