  • A sweet, buttery golden baked shortbread base topped with a layer of dark tangy and jammy densely fruit packed mincemeat, topped with a layer of light golden brown almond meal frangipane and a scattering of flaked almonds. The baked product is finished with a liberal dusting of sweet shimmery vanilla snow dusting for an everlasting Christmassy look.
