60% fresh organic milk from our cows, lots of double cream, plus a thick chocolate ripple and loads of chocolate chips.

This was one of the three original Marshfield flavours, created over 25 years ago. Since then we’ve been continually tweaking and improving the recipe and we think it’s now pretty near perfect!

Fresh MILK (53%), double cream (MILK) (9%), sugar, chocolate chips (7%) [cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), vanilla extract], chocolate ripple (6%) [glucose syrup, sugar, water, cocoa powder, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring], MILK solids, cocoa mass (3%), glucose, cocoa powder (2%), glycerine, emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan).
